The DTXX series trackballs are direct replacements for Silicon Graphics, Digital Equipment Corp., PC Serial (9-Pin or 25-Pin), and PS/2 "Mice". They are designed to provide the user with a rugged, industrial quality pointing device with features to provide quick, precise cursor movement, and convenient "dragging" operations.

The DTXX trackball has configuration switches for right/left handed operation, and (on serial interface units) selection of emulation mode (Microsoft 2-button, Logitech 3-button, plus many more), BAUD rate, and Dynamic Resolution. These configuration switches are user accessible through a window on the bottom of the case.

  • Gold-Plated Steel Spring-Contact Switches for high reliability and excellent tactile/audible feedback.
  • Teflon Ball Shields are available for dirt and water protection in harsh environments.
